Coating system is designed to enhance the flavor, texture, and appearance of various foods , including meat, seafood and snacks.it consists of a combinations of breading ,batter , and pre-dust that work together to create a delicious and crispy outer layer.
Breadcrumbs
- Breadcrumbs : – Come in a variety of colors including white, yellow, and orange . These colors can indicate the type of food – white for lighter, crunchier , yellow for richer , and orange for spicier.
- Cornflakes : - Made from toasted corn that offers the possibility to prepare very crunchy and tasty food.
- Breading : - Customized breading for meat , seafood , and snacks with different options for color, spiciness , and added peppers and herbs.
- Panko : – Japanese Breadcrumbs are made fresh from specially baked, crustless bread. With an oblong shape, Panko crumbs are larger, crispier, and lighter.
- Gluten Free : - Made from toasted corn/potato that offers the possibility to prepare very crunchy and tasty 100% gluten free breading.
Pre-dust & Batter
- Pre-dust : - A pre-dust is a fine powder that is applied on a product prior to the batter or coating process. Pre-dusts are used to improve the adhesion of a coating in general, to improve the yield, to add flavor and to improve crispiness.
- Batter : - The batters of FAM-S are suitable for all kinds of products and can be used in combination with different types of breading or crumbs. Batters are designed for good adhesion, crispiness and coating stability. Other aspects such as taste, color, viscosity and dilution rates can be tailored to customer profiles, consumer experience and relevant process parameters.
